The price does not cover translation of documents into the Polish or from Polish language ). The limited company - Sp. z o.o. may be established, including preparation, delivery of documents and provision of formalities and registration, within approximately 8 weeks.

In addition, we offer you services in respect of recognition of business conditions in Poland and other information necessary for the development of your business activities both in Poland and over the whole EU. Ready made company can have bank account ( fee for open bank account - 100 EUR ) and VAT registration.

Requirements for establishment of S.A. ( Spolka akcyjna - Joint-Stock Company ) :

company bodies - Board of Directors and Supervisory Board; minimum number of founders : 1 (physical or legal entity ); an address in Poland is required, Companies Register is public, basic capital is : 500 000 PZL. A local secretary of the company is necessary; the company must keep account books and submit a declaration of taxes, the company must not be founded by a single-member Sp. z o.o..

The price for a foundation of S.A. company is 12.000,- PLZ ( about 3400 EUR ) in Poland ( the price of establishment covers foundation of the company, registration in the Companies Register, REGON assurance, NIP registration and possible VAT registration. The price does not cover possible translation of documents into the Polish and Czech languages ). The company S.A. may be established, including preparation, delivery of documents to CR and provision of formalities and registration, within approximately 8 weeks.
